This is NOT a solution. BBC iPlayer website says that this ROKU device either does not meet the BBC’s technical requirements, or this device has not been submitted for scrutiny. Which is it ROKU? The Roku intentionally doesn't let you change your location so you have to change settings on your router to trick it into thinking you're in the UK.
